Yes, you can request and hold a specific apartment at Lantower Edgewater as long as it aligns with your desired move-in availability.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Yes, security deposits at Lantower Edgewater are based on your credit screening results and are fully refundable upon your move-out.
What payments are required before move-in?
Before moving into your new home at Lantower Edgewater, you are required to pay your pro-rated rent, your security deposit, and a pet deposit if applicable.

While Lantower Edgewater does not feature dedicated shared co-working spaces at this time, our spacious apartment layouts offer excellent flexibility for setting up your perfect work-from-home environment.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
At Lantower Edgewater, standard packages are delivered directly to your front door for ultimate convenience, but our leasing office team is always happy to hold specialty deliveries for you if needed.
Is smoking allowed in apartments or common areas?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment homes and all indoor common areas at Lantower Edgewater.
Are pets allowed, and what is the pet policy?
Yes, Lantower Edgewater is a pet-friendly community that welcomes up to 2 pets per apartment home, though standard breed restrictions do apply.
What is the parking situation?
Lantower Edgewater offers convenient, first-come, first-served surface parking for all residents, and we also have private garages and covered carports available to lease.
